Well that's it
I no longer have any babies at home, today was V's first full day of school, they stagger them in here for JK, she had a 20min meet the teacher last week, a full day today with 10 other kids then the whole class starts on Monday.
And I will admit it, I cried, bawled like a baby, not in front of her, when she lined up they came, hard and fast, I'm not good with letting go of my children, I try to be, but I'm not, I love them more than my life itself and wish we could hang on forever. Here they come again as I type this, and remember how scared her little face looked in that line. I know she'll love it in a few days and will look forward to each morning of school the way all little kids do, but for me it means the end of babyhood, no more little ones at home with me and that makes me just a little bit sad.

aw Kimmie!! Hugs to you!! V looks so sweet in her big backpack! I am sure you will both get used to it in a few days...and you will both enjoy it too! Just think about what you can do with that alone time! :)
My heart is breaking for you! The kids look sooooooooooo sweet with their backpacks. Hugs to you honey, I know it's hard on you...but just think, this will give you a chance to prove what a great job you did so far!
Hope she settles in real quick. Hugs to you Kimmie.
Hugs to you. She'll have a blast once she gets to know some of the kids. WOW fulldays. Thought all the Region was still half days only in the Public schools.
Oh Kimmie, big hugs to you, each day will get easier and you you learn to love that time for yourself, think of all the wonderful things you can done for yourself and for your family. This is a new time now for you to focus on yourself, your most important role will always be as their mom, but now you get to explore a new side of who Kimmie really is. I'm excited for you, but sending you hugs all the same!!!
oh it is soooo hard, I cried again this year when I let go of Bree's hand. You know it's going to work out, but it's hard for the mom, it's what we're wired for. How did she do? How are you feeling about things?
Big hugs girlie! The kids look so adorable in their back to school stuff. I know its hard right now but it will get better.
